WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE YOUR DAY, YOUR WAY?
We offer a professional reliable service with a personal touch. We will work with you to ensure your event is exactly as you imagined, with quality products at competitive prices.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

We often have special deals and offer personalized quotations depending on your requirements.

WHEN DO WE NEED TO BOOK?

It is preferable to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. We require a £50.00 deposit to secure the date of your event. However, if you need us at short notice please contact us and we will do our best to help!

WE ARE ON A TIGHT BUDGET, WILL WE STILL BE ABLE TO USE YOUR SERVICES?

We offer a wide range of products and services to suit different budgets. We will work within your budget to maximise the impact of your event in line with your budget. No event is too big or too small – we will work with you to ensure you have Your Day, Your Way!

MY NUMBERS HAVE CHANGED FOR MY EVENT. WILL THIS AFFECT MY BOOKING?

At Your Day, Your Way we understand that guest numbers can change after our first meeting. We require your final numbers at least six weeks before your event but will work with you continuously up to your event date to accommodate any changes you need to make.

I HAVE CHOSEN TO HAVE CANDLES IN MY CENTERPIECES. WILL I BE ALLOWED TO LIGHT THEM?

We provide new candles for all events but it is for you, the customer, to check with your chosen venue prior to the event that you can have lighted candles, as some venues do not allow any form of naked flame on their premises.

WILL MY EVENT BE THE ONLY EVENT DRESSED ON THE DAY?

At Your Day ,Your Way we work as a partnership. We do not take on more bookings than we can deliver and guarantee you a professional, quality service. Each booking we take is carefully planned to ensure we have more than enough time and staff to meet your requirements.

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMEONE AT MY EVENT ACCIDENTALLY DAMAGES ‘YOUR DAY, YOUR WAY’ PROPERTY?

Your Day, Your Way asks you to carefully read the Terms & Conditions outlined in our contract prior to booking with us. The Terms & Conditions are in place to protect you and us and set out what we can expect from each other. Under the Terms & Conditions, the hirer is responsible for all items whilst out on hire. In the event of accidental damage, you would be invoiced for the cost of replacing any broken/damaged items and this will be taken out of a damages deposit. If there is no damage you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
